Change NOW Summit 2025

For the past five editions, Moma Event and ChangeNOW have trusted épatant to design the overall scenography for the event. This loyal and ambitious collaboration has been built over time, with a shared goal: to keep the event evolving year after year, without ever repeating itself.

In 2024, ChangeNOW returned to the Grand Palais, an iconic venue that perfectly matches the ambition of this international gathering focused on solutions for the planet. In this monumental setting, épatant imagined an atmosphere fitting the venue and showcasing the event’s highly eco-responsible values.

Every year, the main features of the event stay the same: the arch marking the entrance to the event, a central totem pole, and the stages where the talks take place.

For the 2025 edition, we have designed three stages at the heart of the event:

an immersive, vegetal ‘tree’ stage;
an ‘agora’ stage, designed to encourage direct exchanges;
a ‘recycled’ stage, composed of a patchwork of visuals and materials from previous editions, creating a graphic collage.

With ChangeNOW, épatant is developing an approach to scenography that is constantly evolving and responsive to the context, current practices and sensibilities. A scenography that plays on reinvention and strives, each year, to create an element of surprise and immediate emotion.

The wow factor, yes — but thought out responsibly.
